We would love to see anyone who wants to use aromatherapy as a complementary therapy to address their physical, mental and emotional ailments.
For the consultation form, we’ll either email it to you after we receive the payment or you can pick it up at our office. Fill out this form with as much information as possible so we can work together to help you achieve your overall well-being goals. You will list out all your concerns, issues, medications in this form before the consultation.
All our aromatherapy sessions are personal, private consultations that can be done either in-person or via zoom call. Please keep in mind though that the consultation fees does not include the price for the product, which can range between $15 - $40 each. Certain products can also be sold in trial sizes.
The first consultation can be up to 1 hour, every follow up after can be made for 30 minutes. Below is a further break down:
The objective during our initial consultation is to discuss all your concerns, life issues such as stress and go over the information you have filled out in the consultation form. We will also discuss your thoughts on what your wellness goals are, meaning we will prioritize your concerns. Based on our discussion we will come up with a plan on how essential oils can address your specific needs. We will also go over your preferences for essential oils and the type of product. I will formulate a fresh blend specifically to address your needs and goals. At the end of the consultation you will have a good understanding of how the essential oil product will address your concern and how to use it safely and effectively.
Based on our consultation and your preferences I will formulate the custom blend. It will be ready for pick up in 2 days at our office location. If you are not local, we will send you an invoice for the product and it will be shipped to you.
For Follow-up Consultation: During this consultation we will review how the custom blend helped in achieving your goals. As needed we will work on some adjustments. If any new issues or changes that have come up since the last visit we will address that during the meeting. Based on our meeting as needed I will formulate a new custom blend.
For New Issue Consultation: Even though you are an existing customer we will need as much information as possible about your new concern and will ask that you fill out a new form so we can address your concern more effectively.
New Blend Consultation: We will go over your concerns as we did for the initial concern. We will also discuss the best options for a blend.
Finally, based on our consultation and your preferences I will formulate the custom blend. It will be ready for pick up in 2 days at our office location. If you are not local, we will send you an invoice for the product and it will be shipped to you.
